2	Enter your combined SAT score, including the critical reading and mathematics subscores. (between 400 and 1600)
3	What is your ACT composite score? (between 1 and 36)
4	What is your class rank? (top x%)
5	What is your high school GPA? (4-point scale)

The USM first-year merit-based scholarship deadline was April 1, 2013. Slight modifications to scholarships parameters may occur for future years.
